The brand new “compass”, just steps away from the new port, shows exclusively … towards the Greek map!
The total white area fully represents the Cycladic look with modern touches overlooking the incomparable view of the Aegean. That is the ideal scenery, to sit on the built-in sofas and try recipes based on traditional products by small producers from each part of the country. The fresh salmon tartar, the “granma’s pasta” (pasta from Epirus with sea food), handmade pies and “chicken ribs on their sword” (marinated in black beer with curry), already create high expectations… The wine list has a soft spot for the Greek countryside, hence the exclusively local labels. Tip: The meeting point is its sea view veranda, both in the morning for coffee, brunch and sweets (the milk pie from Giannena s a must), and at night for refreshing cocktails. Daily 09:00-02:00 (the kitchen is open until 12:00-24:00).
